Email is the channel. No phone line, no chatbot: one address, and every message gets read.

What to write about

• A wrong number. The most important mail this site gets. Send the page, the inputs you used, and the answer you expected. A calculator printing a wrong number is a broken product, not a typo.
• Press. The tool, the market math, the prediction-market angle. Logo and attribution are on the about page.
• Data and licensing. What we ingest, under what licence, and what third parties can have.
• Bugs. Something rendered wrong or refused valid input. Browser and device help.
• Security. Mail it, do not post it. You get an acknowledgement before any fix ships.
• Billing. Renewal and cancellation terms are on the pricing page.

You can also just check us yourself. The math is a public package, teachersbettextbook on PyPI, and every formula it runs is on the formula sheet.

The corrections policy

Written down so there is something to hold us to:

1. Every page carries a last-reviewed date, and it is the same string as the dateModified in the page's structured data. The two cannot say different things.
2. A reported error gets reproduced against the published library first, not against our own output. If those two disagree, that is itself the bug.
3. If the page is wrong it gets fixed and redeployed, and the review date moves to the day the fix went live.
4. A change to a number or a method gets a dated note on the page. Typos and broken links do not, because a correction notice that fires on every comma teaches you to ignore it.
5. Nothing gets quietly deleted. If a claim was wrong, the page says so. The sentence does not just vanish.

How fast you will hear back

These are honest expectations, not a service guarantee.

• A wrong number: two business days, same day when the fix is obvious.
• Bugs, press, data, billing: about a week.
• Security: acknowledged as soon as it is read, fixed before anybody writes it up.

There is no auto-responder, on purpose. Silence means nobody has read it yet, not that a robot filed it.

What this inbox is not for

• Picks. We do not issue them, by email or anywhere else. Every output here is a calculation on numbers you gave us or a price a venue posted, with the working shown.
• Sportsbook account problems. We hold no funds, no accounts and no bets. A deposit, withdrawal or graded-bet dispute belongs with the book that holds your money.
• Gambling harm. No calculator helps with that and neither does a support inbox. The National Council on Problem Gambling helpline is 1-800-522-4700, and 1-800-GAMBLER is staffed around the clock. More on the responsible gambling page.
